The actual cost came in under what they originally quoted me which was already less than I had budgeted for! As I live relatively close they offered and I accepted a ride home they finished earlier than they originally promised! Then that came back in my car to pick me up and pay. They perform many other vehicle maintenance items too. Again the prices looked reasonable. They made themselves a new customer so I'll be back for my cars next PMI. Brought in my 16' WRX STI today because of my low boost/low power issue, which I already thought…read morewas due to a clogged catalytic converter (part of the downpipe) causing backpressure to the turbo and the engine. I dropped my car off around 9am for a diagnostic ($50 fee for 30 mins) and was able to get a diagnostic confirmation about one hour after that the cat converter was indeed clogged. I was able to grab another OEM downpipe from another shop (Matt Miner) with new gaskets and brought it back to AutoPro just before 2pm. I got the car back just before 5pm, which is about 2-3 hours of labor. According to the forums, some bolts of the downpipe becomes impossible to remove due to the bolts' threads stripping easily, but these guys managed to work through it. The car is now pulling the appropriate amount of psi of boost. The young woman up front was very courteous and knowledgeable. Oh and also the rental was only $13 for the day which is also a good deal. As for what I paid for the labor, I'd say they are decently priced. Not too low, nor too high.
