From day one, I felt welcomed by the community, and now I've made some amazing friendships with people who share the same goals and interests. There's something really special about surrounding yourself with others who push you, support you, and genuinely want to see you succeed. One of the most inspiring parts of SUBU is the incredibly strong and supportive group of women here. The energy is empowering--everyone celebrates each other's wins, lifts each other up, and motivates one another to keep showing up and getting better. Being surrounded by such badass women has pushed me to go further than I ever thought I could. Since starting, I've seen a huge improvement in my gymnastic skills--movements that once felt impossible are now part of my regular workouts. My body composition has also noticeably changed for the better; I feel stronger, leaner, and more confident in my own skin. But above all, what keeps me coming back is how fun it is. The coaches know how to challenge us while keeping the energy high and the workouts exciting. I actually look forward to going to the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY!
