It's fighting for its life right now and looks like it won't make it. The vet said 100% it had contracted parvo at Petland land because there is no way it would have tested positive so quickly from me only having it for less than 24 hours. I called Petland to let them know and yes they are supposed to help with the vet bills but the all the puppies they have there that have been exposed to the parvo virus are still being sold. They sell puppies knowing they are ill or have been exposed to a life threatening virus.

I had to call 2 times before we were given the vaccine records. She only had 1 shot (she's 8 weeks which isn't surprising) and it was said she was dewormed (the day we got her, and was supposed to be dewormed for 3 days after and we never got anything for it.) The cat has worms, fleas, and even has a conjunctivitis of her eyes (could be bacterial or viral(cat herpes), we're waiting it out to see which it is.) The 'free' vet appointment/examination you get does nothing, as it's going to take them 2 whole weeks to even see the kitten and her eye could have gotten worse... luckily we have an actual vet who was able to squeeze us in and give us the antibiotics we needed. Overall, our experience with this company has been bad. We normally adopt from shelters, though they were the only place open and it was a very manic purchase. We will not be buying any animal from this chain (or any chain) ever again. I recommend you do the same.

Brian seems to be the brains of the company. If you ask him a question he will give you an answer. If he does not know, he will FIND the answer and get back to you. Their service is impeccable. Their live stock is admired by many people. Clean, helpful shop which you do NOT find in the box stores. Their salt water and fresh water is always clean. No dead fish and the tanks when one is near them, does NOT smell.

Absolutely false as I took to the vet because she wasn't going. Vet told me she had kidney failure and cancer and recommended putting her out of pain. With literally hundreds of dogs and cats, Little Victories is one of the most amazing, hectic, and sometimes overwhelming nonprofit rescues I've seen. Their mission is clear, their animals loving, and their volunteers impressively devoted. As with any rescue, I would recommend doing thorough background checks on the history of any animal you adopt. While these workers and volunteers are compassionate, they don't always have up-to-date information on their animals (you'll need to contact someone in charge or a local veterinarian to confirm details). The only reason I stress this point is because even the best of animals have certain temperaments and needs - usually based on their history - and thus, it is always wise to have the most information when adopting. If you just want to get involved on the volunteer side of things, Little Victories is a wonderful haven for these animals, all of whom seem to understand their situation and the hope the place provides them. They are fed well, walked frequently, and socialized as best as possible given the strange limitations of using a converted home as a shelter. A visit to the so-called "Cathouse" is a must: to see a whole, one-story bungalow overrun with cats is not a sight easily forgotten.
