Met with the owner and his employee 2 weeks ago after getting on the schedule. I wanted to reserve a spot and then bring the trailer down to have them look at it and confirm they could do the work. Spend 30-ish minutes there and all was well. Told them the manufacture of the trailer based this repair at 2-hours as it was under warranty and all was well. Fast forward to yesterday when I called to confirm the appointment and the employee stated that it may be an all day job as there are only 2 people working and the "phone calls and walk in customers" take priority over a trailer repair. Side Note - without my trailer, Im not working. Felt uncomfortable with the employee as he felt the need to tell stories of when the Police raided a KOA he was "working" at due to a drug addict "injecting a couch full of heroin". Owner seems like a nice enough guy - severely lacking communication here. I wish all of this would have been ironed out BEFORE my confirmation phone call. They may have parts upon parts in stock - but look elsewhere for service needs. read more
