Maybe it's a free enrollment fee or free gloves or whatever... If you sign a contract that is mostly written in fine print you, you can't say you weren't warned. Yes, the actual contract is actually written mostly in actual small font. You will find that there aren't enough classes at times when you would want to go and you wont really care for half of the trainers. Or your hands will hurt or whatever... So you want to cancel your contract. Can't! You can pay full price for the remainder of the contract, which is paying for a service you don't want and don't get. What a shame that the big name gym industry is the only place where you can't pay a small penalty to get out of a contract, except for like a house or car loan. (There are good locally owned month-to-month gyms in the area if that's more your thing or budget). Especially when you aren't happy with the product or service. Even AT&T will let you out with a penalty less than 100%! They may offer for you to pay more money to extend the contract that you are not using, but that's up to you to pay more for not using?.?.?... If your parents never taught you to not sign an unbreakable contract written in fine print, I'm glad Yelp could help you learn something today :)

All remaining staff seem to be teenage kids with no form of managed structure, proper training and interest in working at all. You hear "No" from the management staff and "I don't know" from all the rest - if you can break into their conversation among themselves. Keep a close eye on any valuables. There are cameras, but no one is ever looking at them. Many areas are unsupervised. Note to management: every person there needs customer service training and all of your employees need to learn what is offered at your facility or simply remove them from the front desk. You don't need five of them at the front desk anyway.
