I just joined this gym a month ago and have used many of the facilities. They offer a special rate…read morein the summer, so I took advantage of that when I decided to switch gyms from Club 24. The staff is extremely friendly, the gym is spacious and there are plenty of TVs and fans running. They have a wide variety of circuit machines, but some of them are a little older than what I was used to. They provide a free 30 minute one-on-one orientation to the gym which demonstrates all of the machines or any that you wish to see. This was extremely helpful to me and very thoughtful. They have great quality cardio machines including treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers and step machines. The gym is never overly crowded so finding a machine is always possible. They also have typical free weights and benches for power lifting. My favorite feature is the racquetball court. It is usually busy on Monday and Tuesday evenings, but I haven't had trouble getting the court any other day. This gym also features a basketball court, rock climbing wall, large rooms for classes like Yoga and Zumba, saunas, whirlpool and a lap pool. For the price, you really can't beat this gym in Morgantown. The only thing that dropped it a star for me is that it needs updating. Some of the machines, carpeting, and painting could be refreshed. Other than that, excellent gym! I am very happy I made the switch from the overly-crowded Club 24.

No one will take your machine, nobody is intimidating you, all types of people and all sorts of shapes come here to train. The equipment is a little old but who cares, functionally it's all the same. Cardio equipment and lift machines are relatively new. There is a tire and a basketball/tennis court. Also there is a aerobics room used for marshal arts and yoga and other classes available to members for free. Also there is a room which trainers use to train and there is also a biking class available. There is a climbing wall, though I have never seen it being used. Sauna and steam room with men and women's locker rooms. A small lap pool and a hot tub. Front desk staff are super chill and friendly. The hotel has a complimentary towel service and will also hold on to your keys for you!! For just over 30 bucks a month lakeview is a good value.

This place is probably the best gym in the country. If there is another gym this good I'd like to…read moresee it. The downstairs features a "hardcore" weight room complete with 4 heavy duty power racks, 4 olympic lifting platforms, 2 glute-ham raise machines and 2 reverse hypers. Dumbells go up to 180. Plenty of bands and chains. Complete circuit of Hammer Strength machines. The best part is the atmosphere. Everyone is here to workout, not socialize. You won't see any idiots doing curls in the squat rack here. The upstairs features a "fitness" area complete with a power rack, dumbells, and plenty of machines. The cardio area is up here as well with plenty of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. Next to the fitness area is a batting cage area and also en "explosion room" with plenty of equipment for pylometrics and also plenty of room for stretching. Attached is a huge indoor turf facility. Year-round sports leagues use this field. There is a storage shed in the turf field with every bit of strongman equipment you could ever use; sleds, a prowler, torpedoes for farmer's walk etc..... Again, this is the best commercial gym I've seen anywhere in the country.

So here goes a detailed review for y'all PROS- a lot more room to mover around! Nice weigh benches and so many squat racks! Nice weight room! Upstairs has a decent amount of cardio machines. Also a smoothie station, and "healthy" snack area. Cons- no sauna. A lot of room taken up up status by the batting cages. Children and parents wonder sound the middle of the upstairs while you attempt to work out. Also a lot of room for the astro turf. This is the big claim to fame. Not as many things to do leg wise as the sun crest location I mean they have some leg stuff. I suppose they make up for it with a lot of squat racks. If you are a serious bodybuilder than you will feel at home with the space they have for you . A good place for cardio bunnies as well:-) three solid stars means when I want a good pump and want room I will wonder my way to this place. However, for now suncrest is convenient and still has EVERYTHING I NEED.

Her attention continued to be on her phone while I was signing in, and I waited quite a long time after undressing for her to begin the massage. I was asked nothing, and told her that usually I am asked if there are any areas to focus on. The massage was disappointing, as a deep tissue technique never involves digging in with the thumb only before warming up the muscle. She did this continuously, and it wss more irritating than painful, but quite uncomfortable. She never addressed lower back, a d focused for 10 full minutes on my calves. I left angry, and LPS will not get my return business. Tara, put your mind on the client, your job, and stay off personal business when at work, if you ever want to stay employed.
