The secretary Vivian is not a pleasant person to deal with and unfortunately, you have to deal with her. You have to go to the school to take your final for the class..... And you don't get your results immediately. (It took several days to get my results back) The address on my transcripts was WRONG due to THEIR ERROR. Thankfully Dawn was able to get it fixed quickly. There really isn't any direction in the way of helping you sign up for your testing or what steps to take next.... Unless you email Dawn and bug her like I did. Thank goodness for her!

He was also patient with my initially poor handling of the controls, tunnel-vision and novice parking. He taught an excellent parallel parking method which I found not only superior to my naive method but extremely reliable. He fixed my reticence to turn and cover my blind spots. The package I purchased included pick-up and drop-off at home, which was very convenient and made the process quite painless. I look forward to improving. I came away from the lessons with great respect for driving, a complex picture of what a good driver does, esteem for good drivers, and my license.

That said, there are a few issues that genuinely detract from the experience. First, the dress code. I was asked to get off a treadmill mid-workout because my midriff was showing. I wasn't aware this was against the rules. I wear standard gym attire and don't typically comb through fine-print dress codes, so being stopped in the middle of a workout felt unnecessary and frankly frustrating. I disagree with this policy and think it's worth reconsidering. Second, the app is extremely inefficient. To check children into childcare, you're required to sign out and back into the app, which is inconvenient on its own. Combined with the fact that there's little to no cell service in the building, it becomes a real hassle rather than a helpful tool. Lastly, the amenities are unreliable. The hot tub and sauna are frequently out of service due to maintenance. At this point, it feels more like the expectation than the exception. Overall, the gym has strong potential and some real positives, but these policies and operational issues make it difficult to fully enjoy or justify.

Recently visited The Dragon's Den and had so much fun!
