He had placed his membership on hold because he had 12 prepaid 90-minute sessions remaining. We spoke directly with the manager, who told us it was fine for me and our daughter to use the remaining sessions. Two sessions were used, leaving 10 prepaid 90-minute sessions (valued at well over $1,000). Since the summer, I repeatedly tried to book appointments. Calls went unanswered, the location was often closed, and I received messages saying someone would call me back which never happened. This went on for months. I have all these messages saved. I later learned the Morris Plains location had closed and was told the same owner and manager operates the Chester location. When I contacted Chester and explained the situation, I was told that all sessions had to be used by December 31st. I was never notified of this, no email, no call, no letter, despite them having no problem charging us

Lily was very careful in giving my mother a massage due to her cancer; she no longer has a right shoulder bone and has Titanium. Lily was so incredibly friendly and made us feel at home especially during this pandemic. They both wore gloves and masks and checked our temperatures before walking in. I am so incredibly grateful for them having affordable prices and amazing service. We had a Mother Daughter 1 hour Swedish Massage for $59 per person- you cannot beat this price!
