It felt great and the ten minute massage was included. The massage was decent. The sugar scrub on my feet and legs also felt great. The ombre dip manicure came out different than what I was used to. However, I love that my manicurist took her time and made sure each application was applied properly. No UV light was used. That was a bonus. She applied the white dip powder first and then the pink. It came out a bit brighter than what I've experienced at other nail salons. The other assistants marveled over the outcome of my nails. All in all, my manicurist did a good job. I'm getting used to the finished product. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. I received a shoulder massages as my nails dried and I was given a rewards card, too. When other customers came in, she stopped in the middle of her work with me to help them which seemed a little rude to me. The tinting went well, considering I was picky with what I wanted, so she delivered well. The biggest thing is I called back after about 5 minutes after leaving, asking about allergies. I forgot I had an allergic reaction one time from henna. She insisted the ingredients were all natural etc. and allergies were not a problem on the phone call. 6 hours later my brows were red, itchy, and swollen. Good service on brows, she seems skilled.
