Great price and great customer service. Tony Asian did a tattoo for me at short notice. Friday night i as for a rose tattoo grey scale to celebrate my birthday. He was able to get me scheduled for Sunday with him. When you arrive the place is very clean and professional. Everything is wide open so if you are planning on privacy (closed off room or curtain) you won't get that. Plenty of parking and prices are in reason. I got a grey scale rose 2 inches long 2 inches wide for $55. That's a very good price. Tony made me feel comfortable and calm. He is VERY good with the tattoo gun. My husband got one of his tattoos done here a few months ago and it looks amazing. However, both him and I went back to this shop almost a month ago and usually they take walk-in's but when we walked in, the people working just stared at us like we were aliens and without even greeting us they asked if we were all set but they acted as if we were bothering them and I said no and they said "what can we help you with" and even though I thought it was pretty obvious why we were there I told them we wanted to have tattoos done and they said they were booked for the day and to reach out on Facebook. I reached out that same day on their Facebook page and was left on read til the next morning(still understanding that they were busy). The next morning comes and around 7am I got a reply asking if I have an artist in mind. I told them who I would like to see and I asked about availability for a random day later in the month.. it's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten a response to that question so they've left me on read. I know they do amazing work but it's too bad the customer service isn't the same. It's really a shame because we were really excited and the way we were treated put a damper on the great vibe and it's weird how they're not eager to make money especially since the tattoos we want would give them a great profit. This actually surprised me because when I went with my husband to his previous appointment the customer service was great and the vibes were good which was opposite of our most recent interaction. Like I said their work is amazing but they should work on customer interactions and communication skills. I'm so so so so happy! I came here many years ago before my yelping days and I have gotten my belly button piercings numerous times and I enjoyed it by I'm writing my experience regarding today! My boyfriend called to ask if they do nipple piercings ( which is what I got , HAH ) , too much info oh well. Any-who yes they do and it's only 20.00 per nipple , HELL YEAH HUNNY! In my mind my scared terrified mind I said let's do this! So I drive there ( in the moment thing I wanted to go) , we get there and I'm sooooo nervous! I get there a man named Dennis was there he was really cool , I really liked him , he kept me calm the whole time , we went over breathing so I don't panic , and he educated me and prepared me so well. I'm so happy that he did my piercings I'm so happy , he was so great , I was so nervous and he kept me calm and ladies , it didn't even hurt! I was like why have I waited so long for this lol ! I can't get enough of Tony! The whole staff is pleasant and entertaining. I've brought 3 friends just to see the place and they end up leaving with ink. To the mom who brought her 15 year old daughter in, this isn't Piercing Pagoda, this is a culture and a way of life. I plan my week around my tattoo appointments, and if something that I think will take an hour takes three hours, oh well. It's always a pleasure and an honor to get time in a chair at Irish Rose. My 15 year old daughter wanted her nose pierced. We went early for a 5:30 appointment based on the availability of the technician. A loud, profane comedy special was blasting in the tattoo area as we waited. We were told that our person would be late from her other job and would we mind waiting a few minutes. A half hour passed. No call with an update. Finally the manager called our tech. After a brief conversation I was handed the phone and found out she would be another forty minutes late. We walked out. read more

My friend wanted to get a piercing, and after looking at the tons of positive reviews online she decided this would be a good place to go, and I agreed to come along for emotional support. She had such a hard time getting in touch with them to make an appointment it almost seemed like they didn't want any customers at all. When we got to the shop the atmosphere was really juvenile, a bunch of adults hanging out and acting like high school kids. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke. In November 2017 I finally decided to get my ears pierced at Piercing Pagoda. Big mistake on my part! In March 2018 I went to Irish Rose. Irish Rose was super understanding and got me out of there in 20 minutes! I must admit, I'm a big weenie when it comes to piercings (at Piercing Pagota I fainted when they shot my ear), but they talked me through each of the steps and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The quality of the tattoo was horrific...I was told to return if it wasn't right (it was to cover up an old USMC tattoo). I did return, and apparently, it's my fault. He said I didn't take care of it, which I did religiously, and told me "it's a cover up, what do you want". Well, I guess I'll go somewhere else to cover up the cover up. Oh, and this was is at least double the size of the one I had, so the "cover up" excuse doesn't quite fly. read more

This is my first Yelp review and there's a reason for that. I am not usually one to be so unsatisfied by a product or service as to write a review but this was on another level. My boyfriend and I decided to get spur of the moment tattoos last week (little white dots on our fingers nothing major). It wasn't my first tatto but was my boyfriends. So we look up local places that are open and have a decent review. Now this establishment had a 3.5, not great but not bad enough to make us think they couldn't tattoo a small dot, we were wrong. We get there and nicely ask if they do walk-ins to which we get a 10min wait of them deciding if they want to take us or not. Once our paper work is filled out we sit down for the tattoos, my boyfriend goes first and when it's finished he gives me that look of "shit is that it". Not only could the artist not do a simple dot but his finger was given a forever smudge make (picture below). At this point it was too late to back out so I get mine from the same woman, THIS SHIT HAS A GREEN TINIT AND ISN'T EVEN A CIRCLE. She then proceeds to ask "is it good" and we both just kind of shrug, SHE THEN GOES ON THE TELL US ITS $100 FOR THE BOTH OF US. Now I am fully aware of flat rates and all that but I could've given myself a better stick'n poke in the dingy bathroom of a club for like 5 bucks. So that's all I have to say on Irish Rose tattoo, NEVER GO. read more
