In my initial appt with him he spent so much time with me going over everything I have been dealing with and essentially told me that until he looked inside my bladder himself he couldn't give me a definitive answer. That alone made me trust him and I scheduled my cystoscopy. The day of my procedure, the doctor was running behind however I could only see that as a silver lining that tells me that when it's my turn for the procedure, Greenstein is going to take as much time as he needs to get the answers he's looking for. My operation went smooth with ZERO issues and I finally received a diagnosis after years. Greenstein went over the treatment and medication options and scheduled a post op routine appt to be done prior to Halloween. Well, I ended up breaking my knee cap and not being able to do the follow up. I had knee surgery in November. Just before Christmas, I was have an IC flare up with my bladder and contacted Advanced Urology. I was connected with Samantha who worked with so much compassion and speed to relay my concerns to Greenstein and follow up with me timely. With their help they prescribed me the two medications that greatly helped with my IC flare up symptoms and because of Dr. Greenstein and Samantha I was able to get through Christmas and New Years without any IC bladder flare ups/pain. I am beyond thankful for everyone at Advanced Urology specifically Doctor Greenstein as one of his PA's Samantha. He had a very specific age and look who he gives assistance to (65 year old arthritis and cancer patients) and all other people who suffer from chronic pain wont receive help from him if you're not in this demographic range. You should really diversify your practice, right now, diversity there is nonexistent and the service is terrible for diverse patients who are in need of help, but don't fit the preferred "demographics."

I had huge severe scarring all inside my nose that was so swollen and large it was blocking my airway and putting pressure- causing my right eye to constantly leak day and night and such horrible migraines I was bed ridden!! Despite my pleading he "fired me as a patient" by having a lawyer at the follow up appointment because I made a review he said I "ruined his trust" because I told people what was going on!! Not only that my left nostril collapsed and I have big indents from his hammer during surgery!!! I finally have the actual pictures and evidence to prove Sinha is not competent!!! He caused me so much pain and I can't even look at myself in the mirror. I paid this quack 20,000$ and he took 6 figures from my insurance for the Septoplasty that he mutilated me with!! He charged my insurance hundreds every month for two years when he did nothing for me to find the problem or admit he is a failure!! He never told me he left me with a huge hole in my septum or had scans for my sinuses His head nurse Monica lied in my files saying I "didnt use enough saline spray" but I saved everything including the several sprays I used and purchased during the "healing" process. The attitude was awful and snarky comments that "it's impossible " when I was in such pain! Now I have the proof!! Anyone has questions or see the proof I will happily show you to prove I haven't lied, not once- including recorded appointments and his accusing me of breaking my nose myself after he did my nose!!! Him making me and patients wait hours in the waiting room just to pay the huge parking lot fee!! I only have one shot at repairing the huge hole Sinha left me with and didn't tell me about so I have to wait till I heal from this procedure. (Removing the deep large scarring all up and down the inside of my nose!! He messed up literally everything he was asked and paid to do!! Even when he had to fill the indent in the bridge of my nose because he hammered indents during the surgery he put way too much filler making one side of my nose insanely higher and fatter than the other!! Don't even trust him with injections. He is so egotistical he denied failing everything so I remained in pain for TWO YEARS!!!

Now he's due for treatment and the office won't return calls. No plan, no help, no accountability. When we requested a transfer of medical records so he could get care elsewhere, we got four days (and counting) of silence. This isn't just disorganization, it's neglect. Many thoughts so I will summarize:…read more PRIMARILY: DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!! The doctors may be good but everything else is a train wreck. At the suggestion of the doctor's surgical coordinator I changed my health insurance, not an easy process, to allow "In Network" care. After a few visits preparing for Cataract surgery I was told I needed a referral from a PCP. Yes, that is common but I discussed with the same surgical coordinator and then it became an issue. More exams...eye measurements, pre op, paperwork, upgraded laser payment, etc...and I had a PCP provide a referral. The original surgery date had been rescheduled due to the insurance issue partly to blame on the surgical coordinator. After confirming a final appointment with the practice prior to surgery the surgical coordinator informed me by phone, the day before, that all that was necessary was to resign the paperwork. On the day of the appointment I arrived at the designated appointment time, checked in, and waited to be called. Thirty five minutes later I asked the front desk the status. At that point they physically took my chart to "the back" to see what was happening. Another ten minutes passed and I asked again as to the status of my appointment to sign papers. A tech arrived and the first words were "Can we reschedule for four days in the future". The surgery was scheduled for nine days from the that day. I informed her that I would be out of town until the day before surgery. I asked to speak to the Practice Manager. I was summoned to her office and asked her what was happening with my appointment. She stated she did not know. I asked how she could not know after four staff members had been involved. She had no explanation. I CANNOT trust my vision to a doctor's practice that does "NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING". Concerned, I immediately asked to cancel the procedure after five visits requiring approximately four hours of my in office time not to mention commute time, insurance time, and waiting time. When I requested a refund of the $2100.00 that I prepaid for the upgraded laser for the procedure. The Practice Manager stated it was not available. I left the office. When I reached my vehicle the surgical coordinator called and asked for me to return. The surgical coordinator claimed the issue that day was due to insurance. Everything was in order per the phone call surgical coordinator the prior day explicitly confirming all insurance was filed, confirming coverage, and stated that signing updated information was all that was needed. I informed the surgical coordinator that I cannot trust the doctor's practice given the MANY issues. Procedure cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!!

Every appointment has involved some kind of administrative mess--insurance billed incorrectly, surprise charges, delays, or unclear communication. Even after confirming everything in advance by phone, we often show up only to be told something completely different. During our most recent visit, we were left waiting over half an hour while the front desk staff insisted we had to make a payment before the appointment could proceed--even though there was an urgent medical situation with my other child that we had to handle on-site. It wasn't until I asked for the manager that things shifted, and suddenly, the therapist was available again after a "cancellation." I never did get to speak with the manager directly. This kind of experience shouldn't happen, especially at a pediatric clinic. The front office needs better training, more professionalism, and accountability. Until then, families will continue to struggle through needlessly stressful visits.

It has modernized a relatively old school practice like never before. Dr. Jackson is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to everything Ear, Nose, and Throat, and his associates are just as stellar. They have an in-office Sinus CT so you don't have to get outside medical imaging if needed. They are conveniently located. However, they DO NOT validate parking, which bothers me this day and age. I put it off for 3 or 4 years, because everyone I asked about it advised me not to do it. After having the worst nosebleed (it took an hour to control), and 2 days of nasal packing, I knew I needed something to change. Dr. Joshua Downie assured me that while all surgeries have risks, a septoplasty and turbinate reduction would help. I had my surgery 2 weeks before Christmas 2015. My recovery period was not that bad. For the first week, it's important to take all of your meds and rinse your sinuses ON TIME! The antibiotics, pain meds and steriods do a number on your tummy. But lots of soup, smoothies, jello, pudding and Icees will keep you full. Keep plenty of lip balm. A light swab of mineral oil and your saline solution every hour or so will keep your nose moist. After day 3, I could tell the immediate difference. It's been almost 10 months, and I haven't had an upper respiratory infection or sinus infection. I still have a runny nose associated with my allergies, but an occasional neti pot rinse and Zyrtec do the trick every time. Dr. Downie is young, efficient, and knows what he's doing. You will love him and won't regret any treatment he recommends.

I am writing this post to warn others to find a different rhinoplasty doctor. Just look at my…read morephotos below. Dr. Sinha botched my nose. I also gave him two chances to fix it. As the years pass I feel it gets worse. I don't know why I've waited to so long to post a review but I hope this review stops someone from making the biggest mistake of their life! My first rhinoplasty was 2013 second 2016 It is so difficult to find a doctor that does revisions and it's also 3x more expensive then a primary case. Don't risk your chances with this doctor.
