Their welcoming energy immediately made me feel safe, seen, and reassured--exactly the type of experience one hopes for when facing a life-changing moment. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, I met Lauren, and it felt less like an appointment and more like two girlfriends having an easy, comforting conversation about next steps. I felt completely at ease. I truly enjoyed every moment of my experience and every staff member I encountered. Based on the staff interactions alone, I would highly recommend this office. There was something about this encounter that I haven't felt in a very long time when navigating healthcare or medical spaces--it was genuine, compassionate, and deeply refreshing.

I wish I had a good experience so that I can write something positive. However, my experience as of…read moretoday's date has been poor. The front desk people are super nice. The rest no bueno! After the consultation I thought I was gonna see the doctor so the doctor can tell me what can be done. Normally when anyone goes to see a doctor you see the staff 1st then the MD. Not at Sonobello you only see the consultantyrying to sell you a dream. I asked questions at my consultation to the consultant got the answers which I thought were correct come to find out I received misleading information. They say, you have to pay $500 non refundable fee in order to secure a spot for surgery. I came in for Pre-op had to leave and come back. I asked the same questions to the medical staff doing the Pre-op and got different answers the total opposite of what was initially said. The day of the surgery the staff said arrive @ 11 , I was in the waiting room for over an hour. I finally was brought back. When it was time for the cocktail the meds they give the clinical staff placed the cup on the counter and she kept asking did I give you the pills no ma'am. She walked out the room walked back several times for about 20 minutes of her looking for a pill she dropped or lost. I asked her if you find it are you planning on giving it to me? She said no and I said well can you just get another one? To be honest I don't know if she gave me the one she dropped or a new one cause I saw her looking on the floor when she walked out the room. I had the surgery I didn't feel a thing. The after math was the worse pain ever. Now I've been through double mastectomy so I can tolerate pain but this was on another level. I ended up passing out on the floor hitting my head. It wasnt good. They said they would call me but the next day I had to call them. I was told in 3 months you will start seeing results. Im about 2.5 weeks from the 3 month mark and I don't see any results. I haven't seen the MD since the surgery. My stomach still hurts, I look like Im 5 months pregnant and my stomach is hard/lumpy. The massage table whatever its called doesn't work. I had to pay to see a med spa for a lymphatic massage and I couldn't finish it because of the pain. The faja they gave me has no support whatsoever. I had spend more money to get a faja with support and I was told by the owner of the faja store it looks like you didn't even do surgery because I look pregnant. She stated had "they provided a faja with support you wouldn't be so swollen." Had they done the right thing I wouldn't be so messed up now. I feel as though this place preys on people's low self-esteem and insecurities. I feel worse about myself now then I did before. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY @ SONOBELLO. Save your funds and go see Dr. Miami or another plastic surgeon that actually cares. Its not worth the pain, frustration or depression. If anyone has any questions feel free to reply to my review and I'll respond.

After a thoughtful and thorough discussion, she told me she felt she was not the right person to perform my surgery and recommended another surgeon instead. That level of honesty is rare. It would have been easy for her to proceed, but she chose what she believed was best for me. Dr. Alderman is warm, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and about doing what's right, not just what's convenient. That kind of professionalism and ethical standard speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and principled plastic surgeon.

Dr. Alderman came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I had significant drooping/loss of elasticity another highly recommended Dr. in Beverly Hills told me I would need an anchor incision. Dr. Alderman reassured me that she would be able to do a lollipop incision. Because I wanted to focus on shape and not size(I was already a DD and had given birth twice), we opted to do a lift + implant(200ccs). She recommended a boost implant that would basically add the fullness I desired up top without making me too too heavy. My results are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have imagined anything better.

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.
