My girlfriend and I went to develop her photos, then they took 3 weeks and she called for an update…read moreand this one man said they're busy and for her to call back????? Then she patiently waited then visited the store to find out they're on vacation, nice job. Without telling her or warning, they said no services will be completed for a month????? Buddy we could've went somewhere else and gotten them developed in a week. But it was too late and she couldn't get her photos to sent to another place for about 2 months. This place is so stupid and imagine waiting for your photos for that long and calling this a good business. Finally when she went AFTER the vacation they said they didn't send it to the right email before the vacation. Dropped off June, emailed for an update in August, and received the photos late September. This business needs to shut down, if you're going to take a vacation that long, at least do your job correctly. Thanks for nothing.

David has…read moreconsistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me whenever I need to rent equipment or buy gear. He is kind, understanding, responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Whether it's answering my many questions, responding to a text within minutes, or going out of his way to deliver equipment to me, he makes every experience feel personal and effortless. Because of David and his team, I make a point of purchasing my camera gear and other equipment locally from Image One rather than turning to the larger online stores. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, David's genuine kindness, reliability, and dedication truly stand out. I'm thankful to have someone I can trust and the kindness of the Image One Fullerton team is what keeps me coming back every time. Thank you, David and team, for always pulling out all the stops (pun intended)!

Evolve Film Concepts did a wrap on my car 3 years ago to protect the paint. At the time I remember…read morethey were very easy to work with and did a great job. Not sure why I neglected to yelp them, but I should have. The quality was there, the level of service was excellent and the pricing was fair. So why Yelp them now? I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. The gentleman told me that they try to take care of their customers. And take care of my car they did! I would highly recommend Evolve Film Concepts and will come back for my future car needs.

I wanted to get my Model Y tinted because I was melting in the sun! Logan responded quickly and was…read moresuper knowledgeable in presenting the different options. He price matched the best quote, and was able to finish my car the SAME DAY! They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! If you want to feel like a valued customer, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else but Evolve Film Concepts, because they are the best.
