Went to the Chattanooga location located on Brainerd for a phone repair; Apple support was not much help with what was wrong with my phone and these guys were great and came highly recommended from Simply mAc for non Apple parts. It was great service and the very honest. read more

They are supposedly open at 12 on Saturdays, but they are never open on time. Had to wait 40 minutes for somebody to come in.

Very unprofessional and rude. Took a phone because it was malfunctioning. Was told I need to replace charge port paid 60$ for new charge port. Never got a call when phone was ready so I called 2 weeks later. Was told that phone still didn't work and it needs further repair. So I said ok fine waited another month and never got a call back. It took three months to get my phone back not working just the way it was when I dropped it off. I asked for a refund and the owner refused and actually said I should be paying him More money for a phone that he didn't even fix. I will never do business with Irestore very poor management. Clueless staff! read more

The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.

They were able to carrier-unlock my iPhone X after I had tried EVERYWHERE and EVERYTHING!!! And the staff there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm truly impressed. Now, I can use my phone on any carrier! No more $300 Sprint phone bills for me!!!!! Not to mention, they did it QUICKLY, my phone was ready the same day once the necessary software came in. They guys are extremely knowledgeable in the mobile phone repair industry. Went ahead and replaced my iPhone 6s Plus which had a damaged home button and would no longer work. Instead of lying to me like many of the other cell phone repair places, these guys were upfront and honest and advised me to get a new phone. They went ahead and fixed the button and gave me a great discount on an new iPhone 8. I highly recommend these guys! read more

And are the most knowledgeable and experienced they've helped me fix many of my water damaged, ran over, thrown iPhones and Samsungs!
