The facts, I had a phone screen replaced by Chester…read moreComputer Repair Centre. It cost £99. It cracked within 18hrs of being repaired. It had not been dropped or misused, it cracked by itself when charging. The centre refused to take responsibility, refused to provide me with a copy of the warranty, refused to provide me with the screen manufacturers details, refused to provide me with the procedure by which it was repaired, refused a refund. Doing my own research after the event I also believed they did not provide knowledgeable information to my enquiries regarding the fixing of the phone. I am left thinking that they wanted to take the money and did not care if I have a fully functioning phone.

Got to agree with Donald1988, I own two lap tops and used this shop…read morebecause it's local.I really wish I hadn't bothered. They don't know what they're talking about, messed them both up and created further problems! I've since gone elsewhere at further expense but well worth it as they're now running properly. Unless you just want to buy a few blank discs or plastic sleeves I would avoid this shop like the plague.

My laptop has been in here for a few problems and has always been returned in superb working order,…read moredespite my all-too-clumsy handling of it. All work has been carefully explained and demonstrated to me, even though this might stop my needing to call again. I recommend the shop to all my friends with computers as some of them are almost Luddites and need expert help! This is the best place to go. There is always a good stock of pre-owned stock as well, all in excellent, renovated, condition. Recently "killed" my laptop; confirmed by many that it wasn't feasible to repair it. Martyn at Cheshire Custom PC found me a (used) replacement within a week for what I was expecting to pay for the repair. It turned out to be an improvement - especially when he put my old hard drive in and it worked perfectly - absolutely no data lost! The photos shown are out of date as it is now a very easy to get to stall in Warrington Market.

I felt that they could have charged me more but didn't, what they did charge was reasonable for the job done and I would not hesitate to go back for any other IT problems with my phone or laptop, or if I need any accessories as they have a lot on display in the shop. .

This is a good O2 store in Warrington's Golden Square Shopping Centre, after buying some…read moreaccessories online at O2's online store, which I find is the best place to shop for accessories as they always have some good promotional offers on, even genuine Apple merchandise, including the new cases and USB-C adapters, I needed to come into the store for help fitting the screen protector. The staff seemed friendly and were happy to fit the protector in no time, they didn't even ask for a receipt or proof of purchase or even mention the fact my network provider was EE (While I prefer EE as a network, the one thing O2 has over EE is accessories and they do have a good network of stores which this is an example of) The store is a little small but has everything you need, a few tables to talk about contracts and a small but nice selection of accessories here too. The store was pretty modern and followed the traditional O2 layout. 4* - Pretty good store, hopefully, we will start seeing 5G being promoted here soon as the map slowly grows. (Currently, only 3 and Vodafone offer 5G in Warrington)

I was not let down by what I found inside the store as there was actually some very good deals to be found. There were cut price lap tops and phones and in general they seemed to be of a good quality and I actually had confidence that a purchase here would be one that I would not come to regret. The staff weren't great but that did not deter my questions or perusing of the produce and I was pleased by what I found. On the whole this place proved to be a real dark horse which threw up some pleasant and interesting surprises.
