I don't like feeling pressured to start services with someone, I don't give out any contact info but a email at first because I don't want someone hounding me. Polly is the opposite, she has been super helpful when I need her but hasn't hounded me once. She has given me more confidence and more information based on where I live, what I can sell for and what I can buy in the area's I am looking for. What I truly love about Polly is that she is very very informative but she is also very positive. I spoke to other agents that I've kept in touch with for over a year and never received the information I have received from Polly and the other agents are always a Debbie Downer. Explaining that I might not get that much for my place where as Polly was positive and explained based on the market and in my area, I can get a heck of a lot more than what the other Agents were thinking. So I just feel very good with Polly and will recommend her to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent/broker.

To top it off, after the closing, the agent placed all of our signed documents under our door mat and then drove off (only later calling me while on the road to confirm that the closing was done and the house was ours); mind you, I was home when she dropped off the documents. Finally, their recommended lender (through Countrywide, prior to the BoA buyout) was an absolute joke. Disorganized, short-tempered, and also uninformative. It's been three years so I hope things have changed, but I would avoid working with Paloma @ Realty Executives at all costs. She's too young, immature, and non-communicative to be left in charge of your home buying experience.

I spoke with a fella named Casey Coffey, and he asked if I'd like to see it later. I jumped at the offer, and we scheduled an early afternoon time. Little did I know that I had spoken to the founder/owner/president/CEO of the company! The fact that he was happy to show the place himself is pretty damn impressive. Anyway, he answered all of my questions, didn't rush me at all during the tour, and encouraged me to apply online. I did so that evening. Just to be 100% sure, I called the office and asked for a re-visit. Two days later, I toured again, this time meeting Casey's associate, Bailey--just as friendly, just as helpful. That same day, I dropped off documents at the office and met Antonio, who was also great. Once I was chosen as the new tenant, it was he who patiently went through the contract and arranged for the delivery of the keys, etc. We exchanged several emails leading up to the move in--always detailed, timely, and professional. The entire leasing process, from start to finish, was so smooth. Most recently, when I had an HVAC emergency on the 2nd hottest day of the year, and on the weekend, I contacted Casey and the problem was fixed that same day. Amazing! Timothy Roney's response: "Too much AI & non committed buyers (non buyers) My response: "This is by far the rudest response I have had to a simple inquiry. I feel sorry for your poor seller. They have no idea. How do you expect buyers to commit when you refuse to provide basic information? I will just find a good agent or else contact the owner directly if I can locate them. She was quick to respond to my emails (most times, within several minutes), and would meet my high standards of detail orientedness by copying all involved parties, with every single detail answered, checked, included, balanced, and unquestionable confirmation that the job was DONE. She impressed me even more a few years later when one of our condo owners discovered a leak and we had to do mold remediation. Our insurance company denied the claim, and it was only after this property manager pushed and appealed that they finally conceded and covered ALL the costs incurred by this issue. She personally saved my HOA around $15k - a HUGE win. She also re-negotiated the contract for one of our monthly bills, saving us $1,700 per year.
