I needed more than just a quick drive thru spray-off , and their full-service wash was perfect. They did a fantastic job on both the interior and exterior. My wheels were sparkling, and the hand-dry at the end meant no water spots. The inside was vacuumed thoroughly, and they wiped down the dash and console, leaving it looking and smelling fresh. The staff was super friendly and got me in and out pretty quickly. It's great to have a reliable, high-quality car wash right here in Owasso. I'll definitely be a regular.

In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! A week…read moreago I was told it's was almost finished they were just waiting on an airbag sensor and it should be another week. yesterday I received a call saying they had to order a few more parts and its probably going to be another 4-6 weeks! I went by the shop this morning to actually put eyes on my truck and the ONLY thing they've done is tear it down! NOTHING has been done even tho I was told a week ago it was almost done and just waiting on 1 little part. it's even bn sitting on a flat the entire time!! They have "revised" the estimate a total of NINE times to the tune of over $22,000! All I can say is at this point I don't even feel safe driving the truck after they eventually complete the repairs. Be smart, take your business elsewhere and avoid this nightmare.

Toyota collision wanted to keep the vehicle for close to a month to repair it. We contacted Gerber and had them take a look at the vehicle and they gave us a turn around time of a couple of days! We dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and it was ready for pick up looking good as new Friday before close! Part of the quote included replacing a part of trim that had the possibility of breaking when they removed it to get to the part needing repair. In the end the part didn't break when they removed it so they saved us that part of the fee. It was nice to have that presented from the get go though! Great experience from start to finish and will be back for any future needs!
