This place is a scam. I reserved a spot and paid $60 online. I get there prior to a concert and the guy says my car is too big (Acura MDX) and I can't park there. He was incredibly rude--I don't think I've ever encountered anyone in a commercial setting as bad as him. Let me start by saying the parking there is fair in price. I paid $20 to park there for a concert. I asked when they closed and the attendant asked where I was going. I didn't hear him so I asked again and then he yelled at me. The garage is cramped and he told me to back in the space. I have an SUV and I was having a little difficulty. Booked this place on Spot Hero because of price, location, and that they do valet. That was a complete lie! This place does not do valet parking at all even though the description says it does. Everyone has to back into spots on these ramp inclines. The ramps you park on are not very safe to walk on, you could easily hurt yourself. Parked on July 13th for a daytime Red Sox game and after the game when we went to get our car we were waiting around for a while. When we asked a worker when we could expect our car they finally told us they lost our car key and could not find it. They had us searching in the office for it but couldn't find it. The worker went back to getting other cars without telling us what was going on and when we approached him he said his boss/manager was trying to find it. The manager finally came up to after 20+ minutes to tell us that our keys were most likely left in another car when they were moving cars around. Extremely unprofessional especially with the workers not communicating the issue. If you're going to a game at Fenway or an event in the area, stay away from this parking garage. read more

We booked this garage on spot hero and were turned away because they "could not take our car" and gave us a lame excuse why. When we asked for our money back they REFUSED to give a refund and would not even give us a partial refund even though they got paid out. We were not treated with any respect when disputing this. Went there last night parking was $20 guy told me to pay him $40 I said the parking says $20 he starts screaming and tells me to leave. So we pay the $40 then the second attendant comes up and asks if we payed I asked him how much to park because I knew the first guy ripped us off and is stealing from the company and the second guy didn't know what to say then he start trying to act like a tough guy and try's to tell us to leave then the first guy comes up says some to the guy gives him $20 of my money and walks away. Absolutely unpleasant experience. Online it said that we would be able to park and keep our keys and the attendant told us that we HAD to give him our keys. I told him that that is not what we saw online and he said "I'm sure you did." Very sarcastic and very rude. We priced out a few lots before catching a Red Sox game at Fenway. This was the least expensive ($50 compared to $60 & $65) option in the area. It's found at the end of Ipswich Street, where all of the restaurants, bars and music clubs are located, so it's super convenient if you want to hang a bit after an event or game. *Also, many streets in the area close down for a game, but this remains open, so no fear of your car getting locked in for any amount of time. Besides this lot being a lower price, I also felt my car was safer here. Other lots were tiny and the cars were haphazardly shoved in there. Having a brand new car, I wasn't taking a chance on scratching it, which seemed much more probable in the other spaces. This is an actually covered garage with a ticket booth, not just a man hanging out. Credit and debit accepted. There's a safe deck area where you can wait for your car which was nice while having kids in tow also. The only gripe I had was the multi level way they store the cars and how they're are let down pretty harshly from the lift. We witnessed one alarm even go off from the impact. Luckily, we didn't have this issue as ours was left on ground. If you choose to park here, I would personally just ask to be left on the bottom if possible. Overall, no issues with our car and we would definitely park in this lot again for any event at Fenway! read more

They ended up taking it that one time, but not to come back in the same vehicle. I didn't hear what he said at one point, so I asked "what?" I agree with all the negative comments. The people who work there are incredibly rude and disrespectful. There was an extremely long line after the game. We had to wait for almost an hour. The setup is from the thirties with some cars being put on elevators over other cars. It takes them forever to retrieve a car. read more

Very easy, and close to Fenway. I did feel bad that i was unaware of having to get out of the car right away, and let them park the car. The guys working where understanding, and everything went smooth as well as getting the car when we where ready to leave due to rain. read more

I prepaid my parking on spot hero for Morgan Wallen concert on 8/18/23. Even though I booked it for 3pm, the attendant wouldn't let us park until 5pm which was when the event started. I work across the street at a restaurant and i park in the small lot next to this garage owned by the same people every time i work. I go in and usually hand them cash and have no issues. Today i paid as i always do in the garage and then went into work, a few hours later same the man from the garage who i paid to park in this lot walks over to my work telling me my car is being towed because i "did not pay" calling me a liar and saying i never gave him money. I did pay and told him to check the camera footage. I'm so disgusted by this, i then had to lose the money i paid to park in this lot with zero refund, move to the street and then go back to work to come out to a 60 dollar parking ticket. Do not trust these people they are disgusting and will steal your money. I plan on taking further action with this situation.
