I understand that they underwent a hardship that backed them up so we didn't hear ANYTHING until after Memorial Day. Then there was the promise that they were to get everything done by July, August the latest. July came and we received an email saying our taxes would be processed next. That was last communication we ever received. A ton on calls straight to voicemail and no return calls. They did say that they were extended to until 10/15/25. It's 10/14/25 now; nothing. I had to go to another service (that was terrible but at least they got it done). I seriously consider taking them to small claims court or possibly a class action lawsuit.
