Worst leased line provider out there, used to be good but became victims of their own success by not expanding and maintaining the network as their customer base grew. We are current customers and have been since 2016. The leased line we have with them suffers from regular outages and an obscene amount of mainteance windows which are unnecessary for a leased line. How do we know its bad? Because we have 2 other leased lines (one is an RO2) with 2 other providers, never any issues with those, yet it is the IP river line that always drops, looses routing or just does not work after one of their "maintenance windows".
And when this happens, raise it with their "highly competent" support team that jump straight to that old ISP support line of "it's the customer end equipment" (which by the way is poor and very boring for me to deal with so just stop using it!). Well the 2 other leased lines work perfectly through that same equipment so categorically proven to be their network/equipment but good luck getting them to admit it.
As a business we have moved all important services off the IP river line and are counting the days until we can give notice at the end of contract. read more
