We had an excellent experience working with Verducci Events for the A/V at our community film…read morescreening of GOAT by Unanimous Media. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. They understood the stakes of a high-visibility screening and executed flawlessly--crisp sound, clean projection, and a seamless setup that allowed the audience to stay fully immersed in the film. What really stood out was their calm, solutions-oriented presence onsite. Live events always come with moving parts, and Verducci handled everything with ease and confidence, making our team feel fully supported. They were collaborative, respectful of the space, and clearly invested in the success of the event--not just the tech. If you're looking for an A/V partner who is reliable, thoughtful, and truly knows how to show up for community-centered and high-profile events alike, Verducci Events is it. Jay helped me…read moredecide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop. Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.
