The staff were courteous and got on with the general chit chat that is required when they are doing unspeakable things to unspeakable parts of your body. I would say the only thing that let's it down is the tininess of the reception area. I was in there with one other woman and there was barely any space to squeeze past. The waiting chairs are also fully visible from the street, and while I wasn't embarrassed to be there, I'm sure more sensitive souls could be.

Having achieved remarkable results & a quality of service to match, this clinic provides state of the art equipment combined with very experienced & knowledgeable staff to deliver really good results. Better results within a few visits than years of me running around to a scattering of beauty salons offering IPL treatments, some at better pricing too but they didn't have the depth & breadth of knowledge or understanding or quality of machines, but more importantly I am most impressed with the holistic approach of the clinic who take into account a multitude of factors not just procedural but your diet & lifestyle too, you can see this by even downloading an ebook for free that I did after my first treatment and it has really helped, I would recommend it, it has great dietary advice! http://www.pulselightclinic.co.uk/rosacea They are conveniently located within the City, right near Fenchurch Street Station, useful if you work in or around the City, I don't live or work nearby at all but the unique ability of this clinic to deliver tangible lasting results along with excellent service and friendly staff ensures that I keep coming back and don't mind the travel involved, well worth it! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for treatment on any of the host of conditions they offer medical pulse light treatments for, it certainly worked for my redness & Rosacea! Notwithstanding the above you also have the back-up of a highly trained & friendly team who really seem keen to monitor my progress. I hope this review helps, I would recommend a consultation if you are considering treatment!!!
