They actually consider themselves a business? This "management" office goes as far as completing one of their many tasks and that is cashing the maintenance checks hundreds of people pay them.
Upon cashing these checks little to no work is done around this living space. The most simplest of tasks, such as mulching, is overlooked and is postponed for weeks at a time for who knows what reasons. They can't be bothered to mulch, but when it comes to driving bulldozers over everyone's property (without any warning or notice) they seem to jump on that job in a heart beat.
The majority of the property in our immediate area is torn and ravaged. Concrete sidewalks have been cracked and demolished, and the vast amounts of money we pay into living in a nice well kept place seems to be going everywhere except where it's supposed to, actually maintaining the property.
In today's day and age when someone is incapable of doing the tasks they're paid for they get fired. For some reason I don't see any decision makers over at good ole' Inwood changing anytime soon.
These are also the same people who give renters, who have already passed credit checks and been approved by their respective land lords weeks earlier, less than eight hours notice whether or not they can move in. You can see the level of organization and consideration these people are capable of.
Talk about a flawed and useless team. Thanks for taking advantage of a lot of people who pay a lot of money to live here. Round of applause for Team Inwood. You've failed in even the most menial of tasks. I can't imagine what it is like being that useless. read more
