I had a full body massage with Linda and I can't say enough good things. She is a licensed masseuse as well as a nurse. She asked great questions and seemed to pay careful attention to my specific requests and issues. I only wished I lived closer so that I could feel that relaxed again next week.

She also diffuses essentials oils during the class, which is super refreshing and makes the whole studio smell great. Her prices are very reasonable -- try a drop in ($13) and if you like it, get a class pass (10 for $115). She has yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and straps. The manager admitted a former employee was fired for unethical practices, yet only offered a partial refund. District Manager Amanda Bednarz was dismissive and refused to fully reimburse me, despite earlier promises. The number to her office is 716-542-1092 incase you're also facing what I'm dealing with. The facility itself is a mess--filthy locker rooms, a smelly sauna, and a broken jacuzzi. The only bright spots were a kind front desk employee and a manager named Josh, who tried to help but couldn't fix the systemic issues. Save your money and avoid the headache. Go to another gym with transparent policies and cleaner facilities.
