I placed an order on Monday for a funeral on Tuesday, I got the text that the order was delivered…read morebut when I was looking for it, I could not locate it. I found one like what I ordered but it had someone else name on the card. I called them when we were done with the funeral and the meal, they were closed and I left a detailed msg. I also told them I had to work the next day and to leave me a voicemail but they call 5 times back to back. When I had a chance to return the call the man was extremely rude to me, talking over me. I wanted him to explain exactly what was in the basket and he starts naming off plants that I have never heard of nor did I know what they looked like. I asked him how many plants were in the basket and he said 3. I also asked for a butterfly and then he says there were no butterflies and he would have to refund me for that. I explained to him that there was no basket that had 3 plants, that my daughter had a basket that had 2 plants in it with a purple bow that she thought maybe was from us but no card on it. Then the man raises his voice at me and says that I am not telling the truth. He says which is it lady, you didn't get the basket or you did. He would not let me talk at all, very very rude. I said sir, I am saying my daughter grab a basket with 2 flowers in it but we don't know if it was the one I paid for or not. It had only 2 plants in it, one with small blooms and another one that was red, nothing else and IF that was what I paid for, that is not what I was expecting and not worth the price I paid. IF that was what you sent on my behalf, you were very misleading by saying the baskets have 3-4 plants with flowing green plant and a tall plant and a flower plant. I am so mad and so disappointed that this man continued to speak over me and call me a liar. What makes him think he can treat me that way. I paid very good money to this place and asked for a refund, he said bring me my plant back, SIR if I knew where YOUR plant was, I would happily bring it back to you and never do business with you ever again. He continued to talk over me and calling me a liar that I hung up on him. He called right back and I sir, we just had a funeral, and you are treating me this way, he said you will not be getting a refund, I hung back up on him. I would never recommend this place, he was pathetic and I am just in awe of what I just went through and how he treated me. He reminded me the phone call was being recording. GOOD!! Go back and listen to it and how you treat your customers SIR!!! I also deserve to be refunded for the butterfly you charged me for, but I did not receive, you even admitted to that.

We didn't get our order in super early, in fact, The Petal Cart was able to work in our order the week of. So the girls had decided to do flowers in both colors, and all would be equal. We picked out the colored ribbons we wanted to use and a general idea. They said they would make it work with what might be available, and she was on her way to the airport to pick up her flower order, which she said would likely be a surprise to her, too, depending on what was available. I took it apart to try and salvage some of the flowers; only to discover that two of the orchids were just the bloom wired to a florist pick. Not in water! I have been a long-term customer of Amy's. That is until today. Today I went in with my husband to…read moremake a purchase. I had 2 reward certificates from being a Crown Rewards Member. These rewards are "earned" based on my purchases not a freebie. At the time to check out the associate hatefully informed me I couldn't use them because the owner doesn't allow them to be used on sale purchases despite the certificates indicating they can be used on "any" Hallmark product. When my husband asked about the policy and the woman became more hateful and said "he owns the place and he can do anything he wants." Perhaps that is correct but the owner can rest assured I've spent my last penny in his store and will do my best to let everyone I know to avoid the place too as long as that particular associate is employed there. This is not the first time she has been short and rude but today was over the top. She was hateful and ridiculously defensive of the policy, which by the way was not posted in the store. I filed a complaint with Hallmark Corporate and will be doing the so with the BBB along with reviewing this business on every available website. I hope the policy and the attendant attitude of the employee is worth the loss of business.
