Jordann has an immense amount of wisdom and passion to help others. Jordann is a great listener,…read moreeasy to talk to, and truly has the best interest of others in mind. I was skeptical about the Human Design chart, but through Jordann and I's time together, I realized the accuracy and benefit of using it as a tool to learn about myself and others. Like the "I Ching", the Human Design chart is something we build a relationship with and is something that looks different for everyone. The Human Design chart is overwhelming to say the least, but Jordann made interpreting the chart much easier. Through our meeting Jordann briefly explained each component of the chart and answered any questions I may of had. Jordann helped me understand the Human Design chart on a deeper level. I learned the importance of having a spiritual practice in my business, opposed to just having one in my personal life. If you are interested in learning about yourself, growing your spiritual practice, and leaning into your most authentic self, don't hesitate and make the leap. You won't regret it!

I do not recommend On Purpose Counseling or working with Kevin Cannella…read more I attended a veterans retreat that was funded by an organization he co-founded. I went as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and as a mother grieving the loss of my son, also a Marine Corps veteran, who died by suicide. I entered that space to heal in what was presented as safe and trauma-informed care. Kevin Cannella attended that retreat and acted in a therapist role. The experience involved participants being in highly vulnerable and altered states. While I was in that vulnerable state, he used his personal cell phone to take a photo of me and later showed it to me. I did not consent to being photographed under medicine. I was visibly exposed and felt embarrassed and violated. Taking that photo in that setting crossed ethical boundaries for someone acting in a therapeutic role. In that moment, I lost my sense of safety. I became fearful and hyper-aware of how vulnerable I was. I could not stop thinking about where that image could end up or who might see it. I had recently learned about a private group chat where images of women were shared without their consent, and that was at the forefront of my mind. I began to think about the possibility of that happening to me. I could no longer focus on my healing or the session. My attention shifted to protecting myself in a space where I was supposed to feel safe. This experience caused me significant distress and a mental health crisis that lasted for months. This was not an isolated incident. He engaged in additional behaviors that intensified the fear I experienced. After the retreat, multiple participants told me he startled them as they were coming out of the experience. Multiple participants also told me he promoted his podcast to them and asked them to be on his show while they were still under the influence. When someone is acting in a therapist role, people trust that their safety, privacy, and dignity will be protected. That did not happen here. I raised my concerns directly and did not receive a response. Following that, he was removed as the primary representation on the organization's website and is now listed as an advisor.

Chris has been one of these fairies- for both me and my dog. She is a wonderful healer...because the true effectiveness of energy medicine doesn't solely come from healing touch, it comes from the power of the pure love and intention that underlie the healing touch...and it coincides with learning to better love oneself through a change in mindset. Chris provides all of these things in abundance to her clients. Chris was the only healer my highly intuitive/sensitive dog openly welcomed and invited into her private space...which to me, spoke volumes

If you're looking to help undo negative patterns in your life, and find routes to healing from…read moresevere trauma, Chris is an absolute guiding light. Her practice gently holds your hand through the process and helps guide you through your healing and pattern breaking journeys. She helps clear out the energy in your body using Reiki, and has the most gentle and intuitive way of weeding out the root of issues through her counseling. I was so impressed with the ability to pinpoint certain reflective patterns in my life and the root of their cause. It was really amazing to see how I progressed as we went along through the sessions. It is something that is worth investing in and showing up consistently for to see results over time, although you can see results with just one session. The Reiki can help clear out physical pain as Chris has helped me with this regarding my fractured leg and other injuries. Regarding my emotional & mental healing journey, Chris reached out to me and offered her services after the devastating and traumatic loss of my mom. I had a good feeling and accepted her offer. The grief was blinding and insurmountable and layered on top of plenty of other issues in my young adult life. Showing up to the first session, I felt so held and seen and safe in the room and was able to dive into some really heavy things to help process and adjust the root of the pain. Chris helped me every step of the way and I think her practice is super unique and supportive for people dealing with trauma, grief, physical pain, the inability to break certain unhealthy patterns, you name it. The combination of using Reiki in conjunction with her gentle counseling towards the root of issues in your life, is in my opinion, one of the best ways to heal and break patterns I have found. Throughout knowing Chris, I experienced two other losses and her practice helped me process the grief and the pain that was layered on top of plenty of other relational and personal issues in the most gentle and healthy healing way. Chris herself is one of the most gentle, sensitive, neutral/non judgmental (sometimes you feel this with counselors) and intuitive people I know. She opened her home to me and to my loved ones and has been there in any time of need. Without asking for anything and without hesitation, she has been a generous and loving supporter of me in my life outside of her practice, it is who she is as a person. I feel this is so important for the person providing healing services to be an example of their practice in the moments of their life outside of the office, and Chris is a shining example of that. I absolutely love and adore Chris, and would recommend her first to people who truly need healing and processing of grief, messed up life situations, and physical pain. Her office also is such a beautiful sanctuary and even just stepping in, you feel like you can exhale. I highly recommend you give Chris and her practice a try if you are hitting walls and blinded by pain, trauma or grief. Thank you Chris
