I dropped it off, hoping for the best & when I picked it up it looked almost brand new. I was so pleased. Several months later (thanks to COVID) we had our reception (also outside) & I wore another dress that I was for sure ruined by the time the night was over. Spray tan, dirt, stains, cake, needless to say we had the best night but my poor dress looked like it too! I dropped it off after 6 months of hanging in the closet in the hopes of being able to salvage something from it & I picked it up yesterday and it looks just like the day I bought it. ALL OF THE STAINS were gone. I was left totally speechless, I knew the hem was a lost cause from all of the grass stains and dirt, but NOPE pefrect. Is it expensive to have this taken care of? YES.
