When I booked my massage appointment I was emailed an intake form. I completed the intake form and touched the "submit" button and then texted him to let him know I submitted the intake form. He comes back a few minutes later and tells me that I did not fully submit the form because he doesn't have it. So he sends it to me again. I complete the form again and then he says I have it now. I find it amusing that another person who reviewed Cameron had the same problem with the intake form! Maybe it's not the customer but perhaps Cameron, who doesn't understand how his own system works!

It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. The shop was comfortable and very hippie inside. A bit too many chotchkies for sale inside, but retail is necessary , I realize. The music was a little too crazy and loud for me. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.
