Management is always on top of things, very helpful and responsive, and they are clearly investing in the Marina to maintain and improve..little things like new carts, new trash bins at every dock...and big things, like new docks!! I visited their other property in Cape May which was also lovely. Pressed for time I decided to buy bait there anyway and a couple of rigs. $14 for a dozen worms was a ripoff, even for Brigantine. He had no local knowledge of what was being fished. Stay FAR away from here - these people need a couple of lessons on customer service and respect.

This was a huge mistake as this marina constantly gets mud when it is even hours out from low tide and for hours after. I also found the PWCs docks and the marina itself to be poorly maintained and dirty. I know I can't blame them for what birds do, but this is a seagull dumping ground as evidenced by the layers of caked in feces on the dock. My cover is absolutely trashed from it. I would never go back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
