After driving 2 hours to take my waverunner out on the day that Bob scheduled, also which was reserved all season, Bob decides he did not want to do it that day. He then got upset that since I was already there I stopped in to see his reasoning for not be able to do it yet once again. He got all upset that I stopped by and proceeded to tell me to "go F*** myself". Then later refused to do the service at all as if it was me who had done something wrong. I can deal with the foul attitude as long as a person can competently perform their job, but unfortunately with Bob you cannot count on that either. It is unbelievable that he is even in business, just lucky that he is one of only 2 marinas in brigantine. Not a surprise why he had space and the other did not. I have never seen such unprofessional service in all my life.
