Lucky for me, LBI Luxury Charters had just started doing private boat tours a month before my visit. They provided small snacks and drinks as well as a cooler with ice for the items we brought. The boat was beautiful and very roomy for the 4 of us -- you can bring up to 6 on board -- and was not ridiculously expensive for a two hour ride, especially compared to the other tours I found.
