SECOND UPDATE: The owner has now modified his response twice, not only to correct his grammar but try to clean up his response and attempt to make it more professional. But at the end of the day, the entire interaction and all his responses still remain extremely unprofessional. I just purchased a new home and I'm doing renovations. I had some construction debris/junk that needs to be thrown out. I hired the Junk Squad to come out and pick it up. They were supposed to arrive at 12pm and after calling and texting the supposed owner Damien multiple times, he finally said his driver would be here at 1:15. I told him how unprofessional the interaction had been and he got offended and decided not to do the work he was hired for. Most of the conversation was through text so o have proof of the terrible service. When I called the 1800 number to complain to the owner, Damian answered and was incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me. I don't know if he's the owner or not but I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So buyer beware and don't hire the Junk Squad.
