I looked up like I paid for an hour. A the massage therapist looked me dead in the face A said "the timer starts on your appointment time" . I was livid! Not only did wet come in ahead of appointment time then had to wait 15-20 min then for set up and changing time! If I knew I would've never set an appointment. Plus I was still charged the $200+ an my husband tipped both massage therapist $50 because he thinks the tip will help them have a better day. This was last year... but I just had to write my review because everytime I think or hear someone say massage I just never forget about my experience here. So I just had to write this. I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend.
