I called and told them that I wanted a radio that had a volume button on the left and a tuner button on the right. The thing they put in is complicated, and low quality. Why did I have to wait 2 weeks for a special part for this generic stereo? The worse part is when you drop the top on the car, you can't even tell the radio is on at full volume. I went through my insurance company for glass replacement. I got a message the next day to call…read morefor an appointment. The person that sat up my appointment was not into making the appointment. She even put my address in another town 25 miles from me. Then when I went on the automation service to let them know, nothing but run around. I finally decided I would just call first thing Monday morning. Before 8 a.m. I get a voice mail stating I had a problem. I didn't give them an accurate address. So I was irritated, called the little obnoxious sounding man back. He kept saying I am 1.5 hours away from you, not my problem. I made an appointment. I texted him my home phone and address. Nothing until 11:30 a.m. stating my tech had been changed and I now would not get my service after my 8 to 12 time slot. Finally after 1 p.m. the new tech called me. His GPS couldn't find my address. Was it County Rd 29, not Osprey Avenue. They are the same road and Osprey is my mailing address. Finally gets here at 1:30. He is great. He deserves a raise. 1St tech was horrible and had an attitude from the start. I actually told my insurance agent if I have to go through Safelite again, I will be changing my insurance company. I have one day a week off. They took the whole day to fix my windshield. Only reason they got a 2 is because of the second tech. Most horrible experience ever with glass replacement.
