The office staff needs a great deal more training. I was in the office for over an hour, the waiting room cleared out, and more patients arrived. The new arrivals were being seen while still waited. I literally started pacing in the waiting room, hoping someone might notice. (Also, I was already anxious about this visit, and the tv was on "The Price is Right," which really is loud and annoying. Definitely not soothing.) I finally asked for my money back and left. They said, well let's see what is wrong with their system, but by that time, I was so frustrated I said "that's not my problem," and got a refund and left. I. have no idea if the medical staff was competent, since I never saw anyone. I rarely complain, but this was the "last straw." They previously had troubles even making the appointment on a day when the test had to be done because "they had a lot of new people," who weren't familiar with their procedures and had to reschedule my appointment.
