The 2016 YELP Review #243: INITIAL VISIT: Like with all medical appointments, the first one you will spend much of your time filling out paperwork before being tended to by the staff. Although I had a few issues with my insurance, everything was remedied by the time everything was said and done. DOCTORS & STAFF: After sifting through many choices of cardiologists, I dealt with Dr. Sudhir Agarwal in the Trinity office. He came highly recommended from a person that deals with many of the areas finest cardiologists. I liked that the recommendation came from a neutral standpoint... from someone who knows the reputations of these doctors well. The positive feel of that came with the recommendation was immediately felt when I met Dr. Agarwal. The staff in attendance was patient.... very patient with issues that arose from my insurance company. It was a. simple fix that absorbed 40 minutes of my day unfortunately. Additionally - and this always goes a long way with me, especially since I have found myself in some questionable doctor's offices while deployed around the world - the staff were all very neat in appearance, cordial and accommodating... let me add that this completely sculpts customer service experience that I encountered with the most precise definition (sadly something this world lacks in many other places). SEVRICES RENDERED: My EKG was administered quickly and professionally. My blood pressure was taken once by the staff and once by the doctor and the doctor asked me several questions pertaining to my condition. With my issue I need to return three more times to take care of what the doctor finds most concerning. Overall, I had a great feel from both the doctor and the staff and would recommend this location to those with any worries or anticipation that pertain to seeing a cardiologist. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: I would like to say that I found the location itself to be very clean well-organized. the parking lot provided ample spots and the physical location was very easy to navigate to. NOTE: I'm an afternoon kind of guy and that's usually when the traffic flow is headed north. Due to my living north of the office, I found no delays at all in my agternoon commute. Others may want to keep that in mind. The staff here, knowing of the somewhat odd hours I keep, accommodated me by scheduling all my appointments for late in the day or first thing in their day (before my bed time). What more can you say? Well, besides... "Keep it up!" AS A YELP ELITE I HAVE A SYSTEM: A four-star rating is what I generally give during a first-time, FLAWLESS experience with anything. I am sure they will be 5-star by the time I am finished with my appointments by the 18th of November 2016. I just made good on my word. 5-star treatment deserves a 5-star rating. Avoid this practice if you value your time or health As is typical in America, the doctor may be satisfactory but they (Doctors) are completely impotent in running an actual practice. The office is an abysmal nightmare. The receptionist is an emotionless automaton.....just move to a kiosk....rather talk to a computer screen. Of course, they overbooked and we waited an hour to be triaged. Only to be sent back out to waiting room to be seen because of overbooking. (Patient tech was apologetic, apparently it's a known issue). Now, waiting room allows me to watch the sales reps come in and drop off cookies and other pharma company bribes....of course, they get full attention and smiles immediately. (So happy to see you!! You're my favorite and all sorts of other pleasantries) Fascinating. Anyway. Back to the visit. A FULL HOUR LATER after the scheduled appointment, we are in a room and the computer doesn't work. Nurse is upset about it. Blaming previous people. The techs are upset that people are overworked and overbooked. INCOMPETENCY OF THE FRONT OFFICE. Doctors need to run their practice!!!!!! Step up or step out of the business for Pete sake. Another quote from the staff "every day is just chaos here". Yep. And we (patients/customers) see that. First EKG was wrong. They Mis wired....so. More time wasted. New tech comes in. New EKG. Are you kidding me???? Ugh. PA was great. But we now have to find a new office. Which is a shame....do better. read more

Dr. Usha Argawal shares this office with her husband and is not personable at all especially her other doctor in the office. they are my primary care and they do not seem to care at all. I went there just to go over my lab work (was waiting over an hour after my scheduled time) since I know they could not necessarily help me with my other symptoms thats why I made appointments with specialists. She finally came in and did not say a word for the first few minutes so we just sat in silence then she kept stating she did not know how to help me and that I needed to go to specialists and I told her I knew that I just wanted to review blood work. Every-time I started to say something she would cut me off and was not listening to anything I said. After everything she walked out of the room and said "come on" not even acknowledging that our visit was over or at least an apology for not being able to help or even a "hope you feel better". If you are looking for a professional office and personable doctors I do not recommend this place at all. I will be finding a new primary ASAP. read more

While my husband was in the hospital for a stroke, Dr. Rami Akel and 3 others (interns? PaC?) came to see him. The woman in the group was a bully and had no respect for me or my hubby. I had to be my husbands advocate as he was confused. He seemed fine mentally to those who don't know him. Dr. Akel allowed her behavior, but after I continually pushed back, he finally spoke up and said they could give a different med that had fewer side effects. I don't trust anyone who is a bully, nor anyone who allows it. read more
