The "boss" refused to cut me another piece because he saw a dent, that they made in my sheet metal, as my fault that I asked if the large piece of metal could be rolled to put into my car. What he should have done, as a man who works with metal on a daily basis, is tell me (a female, 31 year old, small business owner) it would dent the product and I should return with a larger vehicle, instead of rolling it up to dent it and prove his point. I would rather pay double for the same product to work with nicer people. Seriously, from the receptionist to the "boss", they were very unpleasant people, aside from Colby.
