Check prices online ahead of time. The price was cheaper online but they wouldn't price match. I was in a hurry or else I would have booked it online in the lobby. My room had a few problems. The tub and toilet didn't properly drain. The ac did not properly work. And the curtains we're hanging off the rail. But the bed was comfy and the flat screen worked great. To sum it up if you're looking for the cheapest hotel in the area this would be your place, if you're looking for someplace a little nicer there are few other choices nearby.

Our FIRST room has huge stains on the carpet snd part of the shelf was broken but they just left the piece there. We requested a new room as there was literal toenail clippings still on the floor. As a traveler with young kids this was horrifying. Our SECOND room had even larger stains in the carpet, a whole in the ceiling for the "fire extinguisher water" the remote did not have a back to it and it wouldn't even work for the TV at all. As a breastfeeding mom I was hoping to keep my breast milk in the fridge- fridge didn't have a freezer spot and it was colder in my little cooler with ice packs than the actual fridge. Also, barn doors that are not flush for the wall for a BATHROOM door... not very smart. No privacy at all, might as well have had no door at all. You could see into the bathroom from the outside as there was a 2 inch gap on each side of the door. For a hotel that had more reviews than a competitor and supposedly "better" (8.7) rating... this property is filthy. I hate to see what the competition looks like. Even when checking out there was no one present at the counter the entire time we ate and grabbed our bags from our room. Only thing I did think was decent was the breakfast.

So, they rescheduled us for a month later when the room was available again. We packed, took our dogs to the dog sitter and we're about to head out, when hrs before our check in time he received a text that they had pest control services happening and were unable to make the upstairs beds so they would need to again reschedule the reservation. How can this even be true when he spoke to the lady the day prior?!?! You didn't know pest control was coming the next day?!?! Was told once again they would need to reschedule but didn't know when the room was available till Monday. Here it is Thursday, and no call to reschedule. Absolutely horrible service!!!! Sorry we didn't care to do the money maker murder mystery, I assume this is why we keep getting excuses as to why we have to be rescheduled, but we still deserved better service than what we have received. Those folks may have forgotten they have chosen one of the least pricey places in town. The negatives are not really that negative for the price I paid. Even though "townhouse" is a misnomer, this place was once a Holiday Inn Express. Positively speaking, the exterior looks like it was recently repainted. I trust the management has plans to freshen up the interior too. The bed was comfortable and no pests were seen. That's mostly what I'm looking for when just wanting a place better than my car to get enough sleep to drive another 600 miles. One word of caution: Listen carefully to the staff member who is checking you in and question the $100 damage deposit policy. Here it is different. You forfeit the returnable deposit if you do not contact a staff member before checking out for their inspection. Try not to get upset as they are doing you a favor. They will find anything left behind before you leave and you will have a face to face about any damage.

It is located in downtown Guthrie and within walking distance of a lot of lively downtown shops and restaurants. We stayed in mid June and the air conditioning was very nice and kept the place very comfortable. Along with nicely setup rooms, there is television and wifi to meet any need. We loved our stay and will absolutely consider the Inn when looking for a nice getaway in the future. The owners were very nice and the pricing was very reasonable.
