So, they rescheduled us for a month later when the room was available again. The day before, my fiance called to confirm our reservation was still good, since they never called a few days prior like they had stated they would, and was told we were good to go for the next day. We packed, took our dogs to the dog sitter and we're about to head out, when hrs before our check in time he received a text that they had pest control services happening and were unable to make the upstairs beds so they would need to again reschedule the reservation. How can this even be true when he spoke to the lady the day prior?!?! You didn't know pest control was coming the next day?!?! Was told once again they would need to reschedule but didn't know when the room was available till Monday. Here it is Thursday, and no call to reschedule. Absolutely horrible service!!!! Sorry we didn't care to do the money maker murder mystery, I assume this is why we keep getting excuses as to why we have to be rescheduled, but we still deserved better service than what we have received. Do better!!!!

Our wedding planner Julie did an amazing job form start to finish with coordinating all aspects of our wedding & reception. The grounds, wedding venues & reception area are just beautiful and so well tended to providing a beautiful setting rain or shine. We got married on an early July Saturday in the outdoor gardens. Simply beautiful. It was hot so I would say if you are planning a summer wedding choose either a early evening time or a late morning time which worked out great for us. The wedding day went just as planned, our guests enjoyed the gorgeous venue and Julie kept everything just perfect for us. We were given a choice of various vendors that work with Dominion House to work with and the food & cake turned out just great with many compliments.! For those traveling & not familiar with area it was very easy to get to & plenty of parking. Do not make your wedding plans in Oklahoma without going to see this location! Highly recommend!

With this experience the HEATING SYSTEM was completely out and it was extremely cold the entire rehearsal dinner. I'm not sure why we were not told sooner so someone could've prepared a cold facility for our guests. We have a lot of older family members and I think they should've brought in more heating units prior to our evening rehearsal dinner. They had a couple of heaters they chose to keep near the restroom area which made no sense to me. We were told that night they would keep these heaters on however that morning I was freezing. It was very embarrassing to have family fly in from multiple states as the Mother to the bride and you see a few heaters and have it so cold. It was warmer as the sun came out (common sense) and the owner finally popped in the afternoon of the event and had the nerve to say it was warm to her but she wasn't there early in the morning or late at night. Very disappointed the view of my daughter's ceremony held an EXIT SIGN and the fire system . (POOR LOCATION). It's really the only place to put the bride and groom. We were told it would be blocked out by greenery or something and it was all exposed. The day of the ceremony we were told you cannot cover them up- good to know after the fact. Keep that in mind when booking. This wasn't a great experience for us but could be with things running in proper order. I didn't take any pictures with my phone to include because we paid a professional and requested All phones be shut off. Leaving, was very dark and it's a narrow driveway. Proper lighting would be helpful and signage from the highway. We don't all ask Siri for an exact turn.
