In search of an alternative, I found the mention of Pembroke Cottage. After speaking with one of the owners, Renee, I decided to reserve the cottage. I am so pleasantly surprised and impressed with this adorable private bed and breakfast. The home is quite large with one king sized bed, one queen, one double and two singles- plus two bathrooms. There is a jacuzzi, fridge/kitchen stocked with brunch options/snacks, a washer/dryer, comfy living room with tv, high top table and kitchen table. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Prior to arrival, I completed a breakfast request menu for the owners. They truly went above and beyond! They even got me a full container of oat milk and half-and-half. The price for three people for two nights came out to $400. This is slightly less a night then the chain hotels but with a very comfortable, home feel to it. I highly recommend. Far exceeds expectations. Would 100% stay here again!

The last few years it has not had the restaurant, but it is still well worth the visit! I have never stayed in a more beautiful and comfortable place than the Dominion House. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing! Sylvia has been here the last few years and her breakfast burritos are amazing! We come here at least twice a year and feel like it is a second home to us.

The igloo atmosphere was excellent and something unique. We easily met the $25 min per person. The appetizers were large in my opinion. Three out of four of us ordered the steak and fries. We all had multiple drinks too. So the total for 2 hours with four adults with tip was over $400. That didn't include the rental fee that was prepaid. So the only thing that I would change would be to apply the $90 rental fee towards the food. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Other than that you can easily expect to spend $500 on dinner.

The winery itself is charming, with beautiful vineyard views that give California and French vibes right in Edmond. The wine tasting experience was excellent. There are wines for every preference...rich reds, crisp whites, and some sweet selections too. Never had chocolate wine before, and I didn't know how much I needed it in my life lol. The wine flights, wine slushies, and mimosas are all worth trying, and the appetizers were fantastic alongside the wines. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. The atmosphere was delightful, and you can tell it is a family-run winery with a real passion for quality. The vineyard is well maintained, and the setting is both welcoming and picturesque. It is no surprise that Clauren Ridge is also a popular spot for weddings and other events. Our group spent time out on the veranda and patio, which made the celebration feel even more special. To top it off, my cousin was proposed to at the end of the party and got engaged. The whole experience was beautiful, and I am grateful to Clauren Ridge for providing such a memorable backdrop. (One in our party does not regularly drink wine, the other drinks primarily red varietals, 95% of which are from Northern California regions.) Overall we agreed the best of the group was the "Saddle Thief Reserve" blend. With this experience the HEATING SYSTEM was completely out and it was extremely cold the entire rehearsal dinner. I'm not sure why we were not told sooner so someone could've prepared a cold facility for our guests. We have a lot of older family members and I think they should've brought in more heating units prior to our evening rehearsal dinner. They had a couple of heaters they chose to keep near the restroom area which made no sense to me. We were told that night they would keep these heaters on however that morning I was freezing. It was very embarrassing to have family fly in from multiple states as the Mother to the bride and you see a few heaters and have it so cold. It was warmer as the sun came out (common sense) and the owner finally popped in the afternoon of the event and had the nerve to say it was warm to her but she wasn't there early in the morning or late at night. Very disappointed the view of my daughter's ceremony held an EXIT SIGN and the fire system . (POOR LOCATION). It's really the only place to put the bride and groom. We were told it would be blocked out by greenery or something and it was all exposed. The day of the ceremony we were told you cannot cover them up- good to know after the fact. Keep that in mind when booking. This wasn't a great experience for us but could be with things running in proper order. I didn't take any pictures with my phone to include because we paid a professional and requested All phones be shut off. Leaving, was very dark and it's a narrow driveway. Proper lighting would be helpful and signage from the highway. We don't all ask Siri for an exact turn.
