Michael and his team from The Glass Guru retrofit the existing roller housings with new roller parts and had our door gliding like brand new in just a little over an hour. They added the perfect final touch to both bathrooms (one was a light reno and the other a basement finish). We live close to a major highway and road noise was always a nuisance. Once the picture window went in it was incredibly quiet and completely draft free. No cold air coming in during winter months. The glare guard in the glass keeps glare to a minimum. We have butterfly bushes that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. It's a joy to sit and watch them without the noise the new window eliminated. Initially we thought the price we paid for the window was a little high but you get what you pay for. In retrospect the incredible quality of the window has far surpassed the price paid. You can't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen. I only wish we had used them when we replaced all the other windows in the house with a product of far less quality. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

He told me he worked on $2 million houses pretty much saying my house wasn't worth nothing. For $16,000 and you figure you'll get an ultimate supreme job. But I have gaps in my doors and they don't close right. Then they came out and said we have to replace a skin coming in a month that the contractor damage. They said there was gonna be no Barewood around the doors or bottom and there is. As it sits right now, it's not worth the money for them to come out and put doors in. We have noticed a distinct improvement with the quiet inside the home, the screens are nearly invisible so our view is unobstructed, and ease of operation is remarkable.
