He completed a thorough check of both our units and discovered one of them was not operating effeciently. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repairs, but about 30 minutes after he left our house I discovered that water was leaking from the unit in our garage. I called the office and they told me Jim would return and perform repairs as needed, and in less than 30 minutes he was at work on the faulty unit. He determined that the unit's drain pipe was blocked, and over a period of 45 minutes he used an array of tools clear the blockage. We have had no more problems with leaking water! In the 30+ years we have been Standard customers we have never been disappointed with the competence and professionalism displayed by every technician this business employs, and Jim certainly confirmed that we will be "sticking with Standard" in the future! another business had suggested i call little apple for my task. boy, they were right on!…read morethe little apple onwner (alex?) called 30 minutes pior to schediled arrival , as i had requested; then arrived in time. he proceeded to examine my Lazy Boy white leather double reclining sofa which has been moved 4 times by non- professional movers, 3 states and twice here in Manhattan.- many rips, tears, dirt, blood stains on the ftont of left arm from an accident i had and cannot recall. other than some uinderstandable iisues with the blood stain. i received a very reasonable quote on the date we negotiated with complete agreement 8 November.
