They sent us home with pain meds, but when I trimmed the hair and carefully examined the paw myself, a piece of glass fell out, exactly what I suspected from the start. I feel misled, overcharged, and very disappointed in their unwillingness to listen to the pet owner. They also refused a refund after I politely brought my concerns to them the following day. They were not empathic toward how I felt about the situation at all and blamed me because I brought him in on short notice. I was under the impression all customers would be treated the same no matter when they brought their pet in. I wish I could give zero stars.

After finally being taken to a room. A female with dark hair in her 50s grabbed my cat up and he was about gone then. He was spewing drool and bile out of his mouth and the nurse/doctor (never introduced herself) began to tick. It didn't bother me at first then I noticed more of a behavior I have noticed in the past around meth addicts. She then started asking us what was wrong with the cat and why he was puking. She was speaking so fast, she could barely make words. Then my wife was visibly upset so I walked out and asked the receptionist to see someone else. The other male and female doctors immediately decided my cat needed euthanized and took care of it. They never once questioned why I asked to speak with someone else. I'm not certain if this lady has a handicap or is on some serious meth as no one addressed the issue. I was told by a trusted family member that this person was fired. Then another family member goes in and the same lady is there and that family member had the exact same concern. I have been going to this Vet since I was very young. I will never allow my family or friends to use this establishment. There are also multiple mice in the waiting room eating the dog food. Tall Man would be disappointed.

In fact, I dropped her off in the am, picked her up in the pm, and before doing so Dr. Edwards called me to explain what was going on. My bill was $133 but I was truly expecting to pay upwards of $200 and could've had I taken her to an emergency clinic. As I reviewed it carefully, I noticed a paragraph stating that vaccinations would be administered during the procedure. Since we are already working with our personal veterinarian on a vaccine schedule, I emailed the clinic to request clarification and to clearly state that I did not consent to any vaccines being given, especially while my kitten would be under anesthesia (which can be very dangerous). My initial email went unanswered. I sent a second message requesting an urgent response because the appointment date was approaching quickly. I eventually received a phone call, but it was neither helpful nor reassuring. The individual I spoke with was dismissive and informed me that they would not honor my request and that my kitten would receive their vaccines regardless of my wishes. As a pet owner, that was deeply concerning. It sounded like they were just after more money. Given the lack of communication, the unwillingness to respect my decisions regarding my own pet's care, and the tone of the interaction, I chose to cancel the appointment and make other arrangements. Although I was prepared to keep the appointment if they would accommodate my request, they also declined to refund the $20 deposit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. Pet owners should feel heard, respected, and confident that their instructions will be followed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I have a few dogs so it was very convenient to have her come out to my house to vaccinate all of them at once and get their yearly heartworm tests. She also was wonderful for my very old pitpull who just wasn't up for traveling or moving well. Eventually he had to be put to sleep and Dr. Marshall came out to the house - it's so hard to have to decide to put your animal down but it was nice that he was not alone and in a familiar environment. She told me my dog had pancreatitis but that the bleeding was normal and would be just fine! I trusted her after all she is the vet! Well don't trust her with your animal! I talked to 2 others vets who said they would have kept my dog in the hospital on IV fluids and meds that she should have never been sent home! My dog bleed to death because of incompetence!
