It is a full service surgical, medical and rehabilitation facility with three highly qualifed equine veterinarians and 13 able, trained staff members. For lameness and rehabilition, there are four state-of-the-arts facilities including cold salt water, a treadmill, pond course and a hyber-oygen tank. This round-the-clock hospital has a full pharmacy, operating room and other facilities including intensive care stalls, regular stalls, an isolation barn, a stud barn, pens for mares and foals. Maintenance and a "clean barn" philosophy are apparent. The equine veterinarians include Joe Carter, dvm, who founded the hospital in 1988 on a sprawling ranch setting with 13 iron rail fence pastures. Lots of parking and exercise areas. Dr. Carter has lectured widely on equine health and sports medicine including in South Africa, Russia and Israel. He serves many reining events, other performance events and thoroughbred sales. They insisted on a $1000 down and treated for parvo after 48 hrs finally did the x-ray to find internal bleeding (from rat poisoning). She died as one would expect. This beautiful pup might have been saved if the would have listened at the beginning to treat for poison first. After finally pumping her stomach they found the green slime (rat poison). Just maybe she might have survived if they would have done this first instead of being so tunnel vision on Parvo... Not only had this pup had her vaccines for Parvo, we have three other dogs at home. Have raised endless litters of puppies and never once had any Parvo over 25 years on this property. I would say they are incompetent at best. They took no responsibility for their fuck up and expected money $$$$. Don't put your trust in them to listen or have your best interest at heart. A pet is dead due to malpractice.

I had a good experience. They got my pups in there quickly. But boy you better be prepared for the…read moreprice. Especially for the flea treatment Bravecto. 432.12 for 4 pills. Ouch My mistake I should've asked for pricing. And it was interesting they gave me a price between a $170 to 680 for teeth cleaning. That's a huge difference. Spayed experts total 235. All I'm saying know what your getting yourself into. I gave a 3 star for getting us in quickly and their kindness. Loving parent
