I am really happy to see it as the last couple of years, wasn't so busy. Enjoying all the upgrades to the stores.The new looks and parking was pretty easy even though it was it was packed. Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.

I shop Publix often and eat at various restaurants here- including Tijuana Flats, Deerwood Diner and Open Sushi. Some business have not survived the Covid-19 closures- we lost Snowgenix (which I loved). On the flip side- we gained Rowe's Grocery on the other side of the center. This is one of the more dangerous parking lots I frequent. One way aisles for parking- there are plenty of times I have been facing someone going the wrong way. I have seen numerous people enter the center on the wrong side of the median at the entrance. I have seen plenty of accidents and hit and runs. My near- misses are pretty high myself. You will see people speed through the parking lot and people who are going so slow you could walk past them. Add pedestrians and cyclists- this is easily a recipe for disaster. This shopping center is bigger than it looks and has several ways in and out- there is an access road for the bus system that runs parallel with Southside. The center is situated between Old Baymeadows and Baymeadows- and you can enter in from either road and numerous points. Even with high risk for vehicle damage- this is still one of my most visited shopping centers. Drive safe and watch out for the other guy...

I am currently still looking for said Vietnamese restaurant as I am beginning this review. It can be a little confusing navigating the strip mall. Hey, I just passed an insurance company. One more service that they were offered. Again, they make good with what they have. I would recommend the shopping mall if you are coming here for a particular business. The parking lot seems relatively safe and well-maintained, there is plenty of parking and there . There are far worse places to go in Jacksonville and beyond

One business that stands out and is giving this entire complex a bad name. My girl was just so mistreated at this liquor store and when I investigated further I found more negative comment then most places who survive usually get. So I wonder why the people who lease out his space continue to do so??? Maybe this review will expose and correct this one huge issue?? Till then I will no longer be going to the "fine wine liquor store" in this area and because of this will probably do ALL of my shopping elsewhere.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

Bought me a pair of Perry Ellis shoes normally $125 but got it at a steal for $50. Store is well organized and the service was excellent. Staff constantly asked if there was anything they could do for us and at check out they thanked us for our business. Conveniently located In town center over by seasons 52 which was a nice walk. One of the first businesses to catch our eye was the Insomnia Cookies! Soupa Noodle Bar anchored the Northern end of the plaza and Class UFC Gym is at the South end. In between is an assortment of businesses including Senor Loco Taco, Kazu Sushi Burrito, Niore Nail Bar and Pizza Hut. We were just reading an article about Pizza Hut closing a bunch of locations- I wonder if this one will survive the cut. Because this little plaza was built in a large parking lot in front of the movie theater- there is an abundance of parking. There is some cross cutting traffic because of the location.... I may be guilty of that myself- especially right now with the movie theater closed. This little plaza packs a punch with food- and is a good addition the the Tinseltown area. Enjoy and careful of traffic in the lot.

Add to that Longhorn Steakhouse, Newks Eatery, Mattress Firm, Peterbrooke and a few more small businesses and you have a good mix of a shopping experience. My only complaint is Jacksonville is notorious for having large shopping centers and only 2 ways in or out. This is no exception. You can enter if you are heading Northbound on Southside at 2 entrances & exit Northbound from the same 2. If you are heading Southbound on Southside- you have one option- enter at the light. A couple of years ago- the Saturday before Christmas there was a wreck at that light and it screwed traffic for hours. I worked at that Michael's for several years (not longer) and around the holidays it is really a pain to get in and out. But I love almost every store in the shopping center! So 4 stars!
