Of course, I got the one zillion responses that you'd expect. Even when I asked for such specifics as "must be physically located in Seattle", "must have more than 1 year of experience", etc, I had people trying to sell me cookie cutter websites from across the globe. In stepped WildWing... From the very first email from Mariah, I felt that my luck was about to change. I met with Mariah and Brennan just a day after receiving their articulate, intriguing message and could tell immediately that they were movers and shakers. I felt without hesitation that they were the best and truly, only choice for our little growing business. I signed their easy to follow, totally transparent contract about an hour into our first meeting, and off they went, to start the process of making us look like we knew what we were doing! WildWing completely renovated our decrepit website, adding interesting quotes, tag lines and pictures that we didn't even know we had on file. They took my big, lofty ideas and turned them into a product so bright, I couldn't believe my eyes. After just 3 months of working with them, I would not dream of working with anyone else in the web-related field. From their exceptionally timely response rate, to their "we can do that" attitude, there isn't a single thing I would change about our experience with them to date. The total job I went in for was to print two color photos in 11x17" glossy pictures. Total cost was under $2.00. You read that right. You can't even buy a cookie for that price anymore!. This is the service I got for my 2 bucks. I brought in a frame I got at Goodwill, but did not think to disassemble it and clean the glass. Mesfin graciously took the stubborn brackets off the back, exposed the glass, took off the sticky price tag that was stuck on the glass, and Windexed both sides of the glass. He then unscrewed the thingy that you hang the picture to the wall which was attached to the back if the picture was to hang vertically. My picture needed to hang horizontally so he reattached the thingy so I could hang it properly. They printed both pictures in color which I sent to them via email. Then put the one in the frame and the other in a bag for me to take home and put on my refrigerator. Yes, I'm obviously a VIP. Haha. They are still in business after many years so my little job is not paying the rent. Wouldn't it be a wonderful world if all businesses had such customer service? They claimed they never got my emails after multiple emails from me asking for an update over months. On 9/23/2020, I had still heard nothing. On 9/30/2020, I received this from Caleb. " I apologize again for the delay. As a result, I'll waive my initial review fees (2.5hrs) for this matter. I also did not see any Loan Agreement (which usually coincides with a Promissory Note). Was there one?" He then had his assistant set up a Dropbox for me to re-submit all my documents on 11/10/2020 (2 months after my initial contact) with still no headway. I submitted them again immediately. After again hearing nothing, they said they never received my documents. 11/30/2020 - they said they are drafting my complaint and I'll have it next week. 12/13/2020 - I received a draft complaint with improper info and by 12/28/2020 I decided to move on. My bill was $2,838 which was insane and the firm agreed if I paid $1,500 by end of day ONLY, we could consider me paid in full. I paid. A complete waste of money, no outcome, immense frustration in trying to get communication back from OHSW, sloppy work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
