This place used to be decent. Not sure what happened today. Took the computer 30 minutes to connect to the internet. Printing didn't work. Had to restart the computer then it finally printed.
When I went to pay the 65 cents for computer use and printing one sheet of paper, I handed the guy coins - 2 10 cent coins and 9 5 cent coins. He said that that was not acceptable. I told him I had no other money to pay with. When he heard that, he pulled my piece of paper back and said that he couldn't give it to me.
"This isn't a grocery store. None of my customers are going to take this change from me," he complained
I asked him if it was against the law to pay with that amount of change. He answered that it was not against the law. I took the piece of paper and walked out.
Never going back there.
Which is too bad, as it is a decent internet cafe and they have a good selection of drinks and snacks.
