So far so good with this company! I signed up a few months ago after the company I had used previously was bought out yet again by ADT (in the name of Brinks.) If you've heard IPS's radio commercial, it's funny, but also spot on with my experience! The communication before signing up was great. No one pressured me to sign up--they provided all of the information I asked for over the phone and in an email, and that was that. (Having felt so much pressure from sales people lately, this was refreshing!) Once I signed up, someone came to my house and did a walk through and talked to me about how they do everything and answered all of my questions. It was all very professional. I recently had my first (luckily false) alarm and they had arrived before I even had time to call and cancel the alarm call. They did everything they said they would, including checking the property, and emailing me a summary of the event. All of my interactions via phone, email, or in person, have been with people who are competent and friendly. read more
