I told him the policy should be to contact the account holder. There was no apology until I asked for one. The overall tone of the staff tends to be rude and condescending.

At all. It is way outside his comfort zone but Mr. Edwards and the rest of the instructors are excellent. Our instructor (Mr. Edwards) had my husband at ease within 10 minutes and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Mr. Edwards is excellent - he clearly explains the steps as well as showing us. He is also very patient and does not move forward until we are comfortable with the steps. The classes are affordable and the girls love being in the presence of Ms.Kyri. Even during quarantine, we switched to zoom classes and some days were harder for my daughter because she desired to be in class versus practicing on a computer but Kyri kept the girls entertained. Honey Rockwell is the teacher for the Baby Breakers class and she does an amazing job with these crazy little ones. They get to burn a lot of energy while learning how to dance!
