At all. It is way outside his comfort zone but Mr. Edwards and the rest of the instructors are excellent. Our instructor (Mr. Edwards) had my husband at ease within 10 minutes and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Mr. Edwards is excellent - he clearly explains the steps as well as showing us. He is also very patient and does not move forward until we are comfortable with the steps. She told me to stop in for a toddler class to see if my daughter and I would like it..... well we did! My daughter left that day ready to return for more. The studio is in a great open location. The classes are affordable and the girls love being in the presence of Ms.Kyri. Even during quarantine, we switched to zoom classes and some days were harder for my daughter because she desired to be in class versus practicing on a computer but Kyri kept the girls entertained. The prices are very reasonable! Booking appointments was easy as well! Most often you are dancing with another couple in the studio, so during your lessons you'll share music. Honey Rockwell is the teacher for the Baby Breakers class and she does an amazing job with these crazy little ones. They get to burn a lot of energy while learning how to dance! We were never allowed to go in and watch because of covid, which is fine. However, when the recital finally came I was excited with high hopes. I must say I was super let down. There was lack of coordination for all ages. I'm not even sure what the theme was or if there was a theme. I would honestly give them one star for the lack of coordination and rhythm. But I'm giving them 4 because they are nice people. They are great at communicating. They mean well.
