My TPMS light came on while I was driving. Since I was passed Elko, I couldn't stop at the Les Schwab where I got my tires from. I came here in the morning and they checked my tire pressures and added some air to one of them. They also sprayed down that tire with soapy water to see if there were any leaks. This is literally the best tire shop you can go to within 100 miles. I got a flat while moving states and not only are they the only tire shop open after 7PM with the tire I needed within 100 miles but honestly went above and beyond that and made sure I was going to make it to the shop on my spare safely. Chris did a superb job repairing my torn tire while Tieran removed the spare and put it back inside its compartment. He also checked and adjusted all of the air pressures in the other three tires making sure they were for the proper temperature. These guys love what they do and it shows! Had fun while waiting. It's early Saturday evening, we are traveling through the area and get a flat tire! Awful! Then no internet service...seriously? We called the restaurant we were headed toward and they were able to give us 2 possible local business to contact. We called both and am SO happy we went with Intercontinental! While on vacation w/my boys & dogs @ Angle Lake NV we had some trailer issues & needed tires. Casey & Greg(son in law & father in law duo) listened to what I was asking & what I was looking for. They got the tires into the shop on Monday & my tires were ready to go. While we were waiting for the rest of the repairs Greg took the time to show my 12 yr old (who is a car fanatic) how they go about putting new tires on their rims. He also took the time to explain why not all tires can be put onto rims the same ways (diesel trucks are different then cars, trailers etc). He also asked if my son had any questions & if he did he answered them. Greg treated my son like a human & not like a pesty 12 yr old kid. When I told Casey what I was looking for & that I would like an extra spare tire for my trailer, he explained that it might not get in by the time I was leaving. I told him if it can be brought in great if not no worries, I would get one when I got back to Colorado. Well he made it happen & the only hiccup was that it would be a different rim then the others. The only difference was the design on the rims, nothing noticeable. Their customer service skills were outstanding! Something you don't come across anymore that often. read more
